Hi, I’m Chef Kizzy — a private chef, caterer, meal prep chef, and content creator with a love for creating Caribbean fusion dishes with a modern twist. Cooking has always been more than just food for me — it’s been my passion, my creative outlet, and the foundation I’ve built my life on.

For the last 11 years, I’ve been sharpening my craft while navigating life as a single mom in Jersey, turning long days, late nights, and pure determination into a business rooted in flavor, culture, and connection. What started as a dream grew into a journey that now allows me to serve my local community while also traveling abroad for inspiration, experiences, and opportunities to expand my culinary creativity.

Whether I’m preparing intimate dinners, curating catering experiences, crafting flavorful meal prep, or creating food content, my goal is always the same — to bring people together through food that feels comforting, exciting, and unforgettable. Every dish I create carries a piece of my story, my roots, and the love I pour into what I do.

Book me for all of your catering needs!!
