And then there were 5 ….. 🩷🩵

Introducing our beautiful little pair of Jacks.

Clara Elizabeth and Hugo Mathew.

The twins entered the world on Friday at 37 weeks, Clara born at 3:26pm weighing 2.86 kg.

She was followed by her little friend Hugo at 4:49pm - a not so little 3.54 kg.

We are all absolutely besotted, especially Alfie who just loves “his babies”.

Truly can’t believe how lucky we are as we soak up double the snuggles (and at a conservative estimate a tenth of the sleep). by @kjack_15

Reflecting on an incredible weekend.
I’m truly humbled to have been inducted into the Sydney Swans Hall of Fame. A club I fell in love with and the reason I started playing AFL footy.
A club where I now have friends for life. So many people have contributed to create so many special memories. To everyone who has been involved with the Swans, on and off field, thank you.
Being able to go back to the SCG and take Alfie on the field with me is an all time life highlight - and he thrived on the big stage!!
Fantastic also to see the Bloods spirit alive and on display against the Pies.
Feeling very privileged to have been involved with this club 🔴⚪️ taken in SCG by @kjack_15
