Since a lot of you guys apparently didn't know I used to be a chubby gamer, here's my most recent before and after.

- On the left: no exercise, eating 1kg lasagna every Friday, gaming every day for hours. Always the kid being picked last for physical exercise in school. ⚽

- On the right, me today: pure consistency and no excuses...
I get my workouts in, excluding running/muay Thai, these are just 20-25 minutes of lifting 4 times a week and that's it. That's one netflix episode! 🎥

But I don't make any excuses and I just kept on doing my workouts, for years on end. 🙏

No fancy workouts or the newest trends, just doing what works and waiting for the results. Because they always come.
When they people say consistency is key, they are 100% right.

I don't live like a monk, I will still have my wine or tequila 😜 But 80-90% I just make the right choices which allow me to stay lean at 40 (which I used to think was old ) and live my best life the way I want it. 🥳

De waarheid over ouder worden die niemand graag toegeeft?

Je bent niet te oud, je bent te lui.
Te comfortabel.
Te druk met klagen en zagen.
Te weinig bezig met doen.

Kjell is 40. Geen gezaag, geen shortcuts.
Gewoon elke week opnieuw consistent trainen en zweten.
Fitter dan de meeste 20-jarigen die denken dat ze tijd genoeg hebben.

Be like Kjell 🤝

👉 Ouder worden is onvermijdelijk.

Zwak worden is een keuze.
