A bit strange, some might think. But, I'm never satisfied with the pictures I take. There's always something that could have been better. That's the case this time too. Anyway, I'm posting some pictures from this year's meetings with the forest inhabitants on a bog in the Nordic forest. The experience was fantastic. So here are the pictures, feel free to give me feedback on what I could have done better.

Photography is about light. And nature for me is about wild animals. And beautiful nature. The hare in the picture lives in the high mountain forest in Norway and I get close to it when night has fallen. To create a little magic, I set up a flash that provided backlight. Surprisingly, the hare is not affected by the flash. At the slightest disturbance of sound or movement, it quickly runs across the snow and is drilled in the forest, but the flash has no effect, lucky for me who had plenty of time and got many photos of the hare this April night.

The squirrel looked thoughtful. Perhaps it was philosophizing about the fact that winter is turning into spring in the mountain forest and that it has survived another year through the toughest times. And that it is just looking forward to summer.

There is still a lot of snow and winter in the mountain forest. But on the hare's fur you can see the colors of a spring appearing in the previously white fur.😊
