Miami 100 Conquered!🔥⚡️

Super proud to have completed this 100 mile race with my guy @robertjroach We did it together and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to run it with!

We wouldn’t have been able to do it without our amazing crew supporting us! Asia, Alex, Loic, Leo, and Robert’s cousin Leo! We are soo appreciative and honored to have you crew us! You all are amazing!⚡️

This was a big achievement and will forever be a memory to me to finish what you started! There were a lot of moments in the race with adversity and fighting the mind in the highs and lows you get in a race but your mind will always give up before your body and all you have to worry about is putting one foot in front of the other!

Thank you soo much for all the love and support! I couldn’t do this without my amazing friends and family! Love you all!

Skunk Ape 100. 🦍
The toughest challenge I have ever done in my life and @robertjroach and I made it 83 miles with a lot of adversity thrown our way and battles in our mind that were won.

I want to thank my family “The Crew” that were out there with me all day and all night at every aid station tending to us and being the best team I could ask for I can’t thank you mom, Michael, and, Ava enough for what you guys did you were soo amazing and I love you very much! Also our amazing @_shanflem driving all the way out to our race and coming to support! I mean that is amazing! We loved seeing you at the aid station cheering us on you are the best! Thank you soo much!😊

I would have never gone into a challenge like this so soon if it wasn’t for my guy @robertjroach for bringing this idea to me and running together! I wouldn’t have pushed myself through walls I never thought I could if we weren’t out there together motivating each other and you pushed me a lot man and I want to thank you soo much for being you! You are an inspiration and what you had to deal with in the race and still go as far as we did is amazing and I don’t know anyone more disciplined and strong! So I love ya man and I know we will be back for redemption and I know we will never forget this experience we went through together man! I am soo proud of us!💪⚡️

Big shout out to John in the second pic for helping me not quit at mile 70, my body was in bad shape and I was going to quit in the chair and he was in the YouTube video I watched from the previous year running the race and it was crazy to see him at the aid station and meet him! So thank you man for helping me re center and get back on track and not quit
you are amazing!

Everyone back home family, friends, and run club watching us and tracking the race thank you all for the support, texts, and follow ups! You all are amazing and you are what makes me want to be better and I don’t ever want to let you guys down! I love you all and we will see you at the next one!😉🔥⚡️

Ultramarathon or die trying! Stole that from #truetthanes 😏

The impossible in our minds are only that until we show that it’s possible. I’ve never run an Ultra, this will be my first, but we are gonna give it everything we have and I have no doubt I will finish it with my guy @robertjroach who is running along side me! A great friend and someone I’m gonna truly enjoy 100 miles of pain with so thank you Robert for joining me!⚡️

Let’s get it everyone! Do things that make you uncomfortable! Tomorrow is not guaranteed, do it for someone that you know would give anything to have the opportunity to do those uncomfortable things you don’t want to do! Chicago Marathon 2025 is complete!!! I am so blessed to have gotten the opportunity to qualify and run this race and I am very lucky that I had my family there to support me and cheer me on through the whole process I am soo thankful for everyone!

This weekend was amazing with this being my first time going to Chicago and my birthday falling on the day after the marathon! 🎉 It was soo beautiful and Chicago is definitely one of my all time favorite places I have been!

I proud that I got to battle through adversity within the marathon and not quit when it got hard cause it did and even though I was 46 seconds short of the time I wanted 🫣 I was still very proud and knew I gave it my all. It’s all part of the plan and I am just soo thankful to have been there in the city with my family and people that I love and can’t wait to get back to the drawing board and keep getting better!

Thank you everyone that support me for the race and thank you Chicago for being amazing I’ll definitely be back!⚡️🥳
