🟣ARTIST SPOTLIGHT🟣 - KJ Manesh (@kjmanesh)

Since 2015, KJ Manesh has been putting in serious work behind the decks, building a sound that hits across multiple lanes of the underground. From high energy DnB (jump-up, liquid, minimal) to UKG speed garage grooves, and into hardgroove techno and tech-house, his sets are all about movement, versatility, and keeping the crowd locked in.

Repping collectives like DnBintheDMV (@dnbinthedmv), DMVShuffleCircle (@dmvshufflecircle), & HiScore (@hiscorehappyhour), KJ has become a staple in the DMV scene, bringing both culture and energy wherever he plays.

His resume speaks for itself—rocking stages at Soundcheck, Flash DC, and Baltimore Soundstage, plus opening at the PepsiCo Pavilion for 2 Chainz. He’s also taken his sound to festivals like Big Dub, Lucid Dream Festival, Boogeyman’s Ball, and more. Beyond that, he’s touched everything from intimate underground spots to city rooftops across venues like Ciel Rooftop, Royal Sands, and The Rockwell.

This is a selector who knows how to take you on a journey, from deep grooves to full throttle energy.

Don’t miss your chance to catch KJ live at FIRST LIGHT PRELUDE on May 29th at Transmission.
