A goodbye that I have pushed off for as long as possible. Cheerleading has shaped me into the person I am today and I will forever be thankful for the friendships, memories, and opportunities this sport has brought my way. No matter what happened, I always came back because I held so much love and passion for this one thing I dedicated years of my life to. It’s a bittersweet ending because even though I cannot perform anymore, I know I will always find a way to have cheer in my life whether it be coaching or supporting the programs I’ve been apart of. I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to do what I love for as long as possible and I know that in every lifetime, I would choose to cheer again and again.
