156 YEARS OF KKG 🩵⚜️

It’s so special to think that what began with six women at Monmouth College 156 years ago has grown into a sisterhood that continues to mean so much to so many. We are so grateful to be a part of something with such a meaningful history and to have found friendships and memories through KKG that we’ll always cherish. It’s amazing to be connected to generations of women who have shared this same sisterhood long before us, and we feel so lucky to be a part of carrying on their legacy. Here’s to 156 years of KKG and all the years of sisterhood still to come! 🔑💙

A hug from our chapter to yours 🫂 #kkg #foundersday by @kkg_jcu

As we honor #WorldMentalHealth day today, we are reminded that mental health advocacy must go beyond raising awareness. We must create spaces where people can share their experiences, have their voices taken seriously, and participate in offering the support they need 🩵🗝️

With Mental Health America being one of Eta Zeta’s philanthropies, we as a chapter prioritize showing up for one another, creating a space where everyone feels supported, heard, and valued. This Mental Health Day, we’re reminded of the importance of checking in on one another, leading with compassion, and remembering that no one has to navigate their mental health journey alone. Together, we can help break the stigma and remind others that it’s okay to not be okay 💚

You don’t have to be okay to be worthy of love. #kkg by @kkg_jcu
