You tugged at my heartstrings. You made me smile. You made me laugh. You gave me memories. You brought back memories. You made me ponder. You made me reminisce. You rejuvenated a 20 year old. You boldly quoted your gentle gesture 11.5 years with
"Take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what you got, remember what you had..."

I let you go from my reach yesterday, and even though I told you for three straight months that I will never let anything happen to you, you might be interested to know.. I still won't. Your touch, it's still right here with me. Those eyes are gazing back at me every time I look into up, ahead, and around. I am protecting you with unconditional love forever, So.

You are now dancing big, singing big, and ruling heaven big with your kool-aid golden brother, Deion.

How could I ever thank you, Sophie?

October 2026 Hoop Life! 🏀

October 7th, 2019 - Ruptured Achilles
October 10th, 2026 - Fully recovered and never been happier! God is great! 🙏

Once again, these sessions continue to hype me up by instructing, elevating, and assisting players with their confidence, skills, talent, and ability in the game of basketball. For individuals outside of the gym, visual videography allows all current, aspiring, and dream-seeking players to pause, rewind, and fast-forward through clips. This touch of a button option allows them to practice, implement, and take a step-by-step process inside not only the frontstage, but also the backstage necessities and traits of how to become a successful player, both physically and mentally. Continue to push, reach, and caress your 25 point average to 35 within a matter of blink, thought, memory. Hey, it's possible! 💪

It'll be seven years this October since my achilles rupture surgery. This life just keeps getting better everyday while promoting and pioneering this pretty game of basketball. 33 here and still hoopin' to the fullest. It's been a significant summer! 💎🏀

Happy Birthday to my beautiful sister-in-law! 💝 From our first ever dinner at Carlos O' Kelly's, the funniest ever charades game last summer, you trying to get me to eat new foods (besides pizza, burgers, and chicken) 😅, and to you and Derek's special Wedding Day, we have established a terrific bond and friendship. 🩷❤️

Also, Sophie was so happy to meet you and your soft petting technique. 😋 Her, Missy, Daisy, and Deion had front row seats at the wedding doing doing some high-rising, heavenly shoutouts to two of their hella great favs! 🤗💫

I know that you and @dianeschnoebelenkramer are having a very remarkable 40th Anniversary today! 💗 Since '86, you both have been the hottest couple and parents dancin' through these city-like streets! Big D, Baby D, Lil So, and I have swum deep in your love with every amusing breath of guidance and passion from dusk to dawn, living life the right way, time and time again. I could go on foreva about how cute and wonderful ya both R, but, end of discussion..🤝✌️👏❤️.
