MCA X GENTE FINA available tomorrow April 14th at the @mcachicago starting at 10am-9pm (we’ll be there 5pm)•When designing the back graphic, I kept getting pulled back to the mid 2000’s ….burning CDs, handwriting the titles, downloading tracks from limewire & other sketchy websites. (catching a few viruses in the process 😂) That whole era of discovery, mixtapes, dancehall, reggaeton, hip hop, Corridos and the culture that shaped us became the inspiration behind this piece. •A huge, thank you to the MCA for the opportunity to Collab. This has been a personal goal of mine, I love this museum! Thank you to everybody that has supported us, we couldn’t have done this without you guys 🙏🏼 please pull up tomorrow anytime between 10 AM to 9 PM we will personally be there at 5 PM, the goal is to get as many people in the museum to check out the exhibit and to check out the collection!
