I could never fully find the words to express what MCC meant to me during my time in terre haute & what it still means to me as I learn and grow on my own postgrad! It was my home, my job, a place for growth, a place to serve, a place for calling, and a place for community. It’s the place where I met Brad for the first time and the place where I made most of my friends. God showed me Maryland for the first time in a livestream my senior year of high school, and I went my very first Sunday as a freshman alone to test it out. I couldn’t have dreamed of the community it gave me, and now that I’m further away, I miss it more than ever. Thank you Jesus for the way you showed up for me & countless others in this place. I hope I can find a church as I settle in that will feel as comforting and as special as Maryland was for me in this past season🩷 by @kkylieday
