Dance, joy, music, energy, sea, laugh, healthy food, power, roots, nature, sea, sun, incredible people ….
And this is just a little snap of all the experience. I didn’t even have time to film. The program was so full and there was so much amazing people to talk to 😍

It was a beginning of a new journey for me. Little did I know that I am creating life inside me on this trip.
When I came back I got to know I am pregnant. It all made sense.
Now I have a little dancer to take care of, I am so happy that it all started with so much joy and dance. Next time we do together 🥹😍

Incredible experience thanks a lot to all the teachers and beautiful people. ✨💜 Go and check @muganguenidance because the next edition is soon and you can be part of it 💥

Recipe for active mamas🧑🏼‍🩰🏃‍♀️🤸

Dance, move, stay active and eat a lot of cucumbers 🧑🏼‍🩰
If I sit for two long my baby protests the most calm we are both while moving it is incredible. Dancing is the best recipe.
I love my pregnancy every part of it. 🥰
Well I miss so so much to sleep on my belly though 😭😭😭

1. Months
- No idea dancing like crazy in Mozambique and being extremely hungry didn’t make me suspicious 😆

2. Months

- extreme tiredness, picky at food, no able to drink water and woke up for snacks in the middle of the night.

3. Months

- thinking my belly is visible 😆 but not really 🤔 waiting for the second trimester to feel better

4. Months

- Where is the energy that should arrive? I am starving all the time

5. Months

Thank you for the energy but my bones hurt now 😆

6. Months

Now I thought I have really big belly already 🤣 People still : “you are pregnant?”
Seeing little kickies 🐣

7. Months

Can’t walk as much distance without pain and need to pie all the time.

8. Months

Spending a lot of time with my love @gomvictor keeping on dancing and connecting with nature. Finding hard to eat something I like. Still didn’t pick the hospital to give birth

9. Months

Starting to realized I can give birth at any moment one day sleep next day 2 hours of energy. Support of my husband happiness and preparations ✨💜
Need to pie is the life style. 😆

Something is taking shape...

DOUBLE BILL

The first part of our journey of creating with each other, for each other.

This first part is a research of a solo performance by @stepana_nm , choreographed by @klara_esner and accompanied by the powerful soundscape and live music of @never_sol .

The privilege of working together from the very beginning of the process is incredible. To listen, create, and grow alongside one another is something we deeply value.

This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait for the next chapter of this journey.
