1. Nobody has it all figured out. Some people are just better at hiding it.
2. Your health is an investment, not a punishment.
3. Being busy and being productive are not the same thing.
4. The people who matter won’t leave because you set boundaries.

It's been 10 years since I was diagnosed and 9 years since I danced in front of anyone.
It took 20 months to change my mindset and loose 37 kg's. While my disease will keep progressing- my spirit will not give up.
I did an open class, with another amazing momma.
In front of kids most of them I have taught and who I get genuinely believe are the future of dance and my kid wasn't even embarrassed to dance with me!
It's time to practice what I preach to my students.. you can do it! And if it makes you nervous or scared than good! It's supposed to the reward will be greater.
I had a lot of " miss K you can actually dance" and i am so grateful for those comments because I had convinced myself I couldn't anymore.... thank you to my amazing friend Miss Ty Bennett & everyone for the encouragement. It did more for my soul than you could realise
