Abandoned Portuguese Dishkoteca Night Club 💃🪩🕺
This famous club in Foz do Arehlo, Portugal operated from 1980-2013. “Green Hill” held such crazy ragers, people would travel from Lisbon just to come dance the night away at this two-story, 5 stage, party playboy mansion on the ocean cliffside. They had foam parties, theme parties, costume parties, big name djs, a radio station affiliate, an open top floor… this Dishkoteca was legendary in its time.
The mighty finally fell when people stopped coming because so many nasty drunk driving accidents occurred on the small town road it was home to.
After seeing it from said small town road, we had to go n git it, then grill all the locals for its epic lore.
Bandos like this retain the residual energy of all the wildness they acquired during their heyday. All the joy, tears, dirty bathroom sex, make-outs, breakups, and drama continue to belovedly haunt the dead club that now only stands as a destination graffiti cathedral and a mausoleum of memories.

Nazaré, Portugal, home of the biggest surfed waves in the world 🌊🏄‍♀️💫

We are super into snarfing so this legendary mecca of big wave surfing world championships has been on our Disneyland List for a long time. The hours we’ve spent eyes bulging at the brutal magnificence of this 100’ monster wave in video form! (see fig 3.) And even though the waves were flatter than those flat-earth theories on this fine day (the big waves come on winter swells), to stand at the little red lighthouse they crash upon and submerge at the beaches they churn, felt like a holy water sacrament of the surfers’ religion ⛲️

There’s a rad 2021 docu-series called 100 foot wave about world champion big wave surfer Garrett MacNamara transforming Nazaré into a surfers’ ultimate triumph or ultimate watery grave… simultaneously amazing and terrifying to see the successes and nasty wipeouts on the quest to ride the world’s biggest wave of all time 🫣

Camino de Santiago del Norte, San Sebastián ➡️ Markina, Spain
And all the friends we made and got up along the way 👽✌️✨

Roughly 50 miles or 80 km leisurely jaunt up mountains and down mountains and up mountains and down mountains carving along the coast of Northern Spain on this ancient road of over 1,000 years in three days. What a lovely hike meeting people from across the globe, giving out alien ambassadors, and reawakening the spiritual quest for (¿), and all that is in this magical mystical fucked up worldly embodied experiment. The pilgrimage may take you to the most remote, far flung, forgotten regions of the galaxy, only to bring you back to the realization you’ve been home the whole time... so hop on your ship and fly, as far and as free and as wild as you possibly can 👽🛸💫

Solar Eclipse in Burgos, Spain, where so also just by happenstanced to be @jensreglermanniska RGLVRK, the legendary sticker wizard that brought the world five years of StickerFest Sweden, the biggest slap smash show in the entire world.
StickerFest 5 several years ago selected KLEEM out of all new artists who submitted work for the show for the Rising Star Award 🌟, a recognition of our little Kleemverse as the best up-and-coming sticker artist in the world 😱🤯. What an honor to get to meet and exchange stories, insights, philosophical existencial quandaries, and the most furious passion for art in its most accessible tangible form, all whilst under the explosive energy of the sun being devoured by the ancient ones, the alignment of 6 planetary bodies, and the enormous shooting fireballs of the Perseid meteor shower that tear the sky in half.

London-ing 🇬🇧

We just love exploring this special paradise world planet. First stop on the adventure is the land of OG colonization. Primo example to all life forms out there in the universe on how to globally dominate! Shoreditch was a sweet hood; lots of graff and real olde Obey pasteups and pubs with names like “The Whoresblood,” “The Houndspound,” and “The Ten Tankards of Tumultuous Terror.”

I’m ready for take off!

Lately I’ve been pushing around collaborative ideas and I’ve always been a huge fan of @kleem___ work. So I reached out and was elated when they accepted the offer for me to use their artwork. Once I was finished I passed it over their way to lay in some nice color. This collab will make it onto my next screen so I can print some. We have plans to get the full color version they did, digitally printed as well. Be on the lookout for these unidentified flying objects on a surface near you! by @kleem___
