Watercolor sketchbook !! This was one I revisited and rebound bc it was so flimsy 😾 but now Im a bit happier with it 😸 I tried out a decorative sewn head and tail and made a little window so you can peek at the painting inside 😻 by @klein.binds

First time making a cover with this much frills and stuff and was kinda scared but it’s actually completely fine !! This was commissioned from me by my sisters friend @izzybarboza and it was fun to try out speckled edges for the first time as well on this bind I think that was the finishing touch of da smodie 😻

This…. This bind is so mysterious…. And so powerful…… the k-118 bind…… I went down a rabbit hole and somehow was able to piece this together with the little information I had. I didn’t find out about an EXTREMELY thorough google doc on it until after I finished this but I haven’t been the same since….. 👽

Made this for @rachiimi ! 2nd attempt at refining my softcover design and this time at added a little loopy loop at that top for key chains and such !!!! Honestly the hardest part was the quilting I’m very inexperienced at sewing !!! 😿 There are still things I need to improve on and parts I would tweak but that’s for the next attempt… (u know who u are…)

Look at these cutie patooties. I called them “las hermanas” 👯‍♀️ they’re such a cute pair and were not separated when purchased! Well kinda they were… but like in the way that friendship bracelets are !!!!! How darling !!!!!! I remember them being really fun to hold…. I wanna make more kawaiis like this in the future 😻 by @klein.binds

2nd spring back ever!!!! Attempted a year after my first. I was so proud of this one, especially the use of the raw finished edge of the red table top napkin I thrifted for a STEAL and repurposed for the cover as an additive detail perpendicular to the spine 😻

This time it took 6ever to make doe. it took so freaking long and I still didn’t quite nail the “spring” aspect of the bind. I don’t think I’ll be revising this bind anytime soon…….

My first spring back bind from 2 years ago! She was jank, tiny, and lowk took 5ever to make but she’s still darling !! My grandma ended up purchasing it off me, idk if she still uses it but it kinda is her vibes. The last thing I saw her do in it was doodle some delicate flowers. 💐

First attempt at a soft cover design I’ve been working on. I made this 2 years ago now so I’ve refined the design more since. It sold pretty quickly at the art market and I wasn’t even there when it happened! I’m just glad that there are people that also see the charm in a bind like this 😸
