7 years without releasing a song, 7 years flying around, 7 years in a submarine, 7 years doing everything but releasing music
And here we are, I met Kékéli in Lomé while I was there reconnecting with my roots & honestly, just trying to get out of studios for a bit and make music with people again
We got along, we made a song 🙂‍↕️
And today GARDIEN is yours
This one is also for two friends we lost this year, one of his and one of mine🤍
Hope it finds you well
Take care of you and your people !

Akpe kaka looo Togo🇹🇬
You’ve been home for a couple months now
You definitely tested my patience at times ngl😭
But you also brought me closer to my roots, fed my creativity, and reminded me why I love creating in the first place
Thank you for the beautiful people, the late conversations, the musicians I met, the chaos, the calm, and of course the ayimolou <3
Came here to work on music with some incredibly talented humans
We created, we experimented, we lived a little
New music coming sooner than you think
Grateful for this chapter
