Another shot of what is quickly becoming one of my favorite watches from @micromilspec . At the top you have the Milgraph, but this is a close 2nd. I really enjoyed my time with it. I had it on a rubber strap, which was very comfortable and suited the watch perfectly.

I had some more fun with lighting on this one. Anyone else joining in on #fridaynightlumebattle ?

Hello everyone! #nwa

It’s been a while. Due to a big career change and a need for a proper social media break, I haven’t been posting or prioritizing photography at all. However, as the chips are falling in place I find that I have a bit of time for photography.

In the occasion of a new watch purchase I thought it would be appropriate to share a few watch shots! Honestly it felt great to pick up the camera again. That said, I won’t be posting daily, only when I feel like it.

The @benjaminjameswatches Scarifour catches light beautifully — it really has a soul of its own. I had a ton of fun shooting this piece with my friend. There’s something special about going out, finding the right spot, chasing good light, and improvising — that’s much more my style of photography. I still enjoy using my office as a studio, but location shoots are definitely more fun.

So, I’ve parted ways with my Tudor FXD Alinghi Red Bull Racing chronograph.

It’s been on my wrist almost daily for the past 1.5 years, and I’ve loved every moment with it. But it was time to set aside some funds, re-prioritize a bit, and start looking for something more versatile.

For my next piece, I’d like something on a bracelet—something that can transition easily from shorts and a t-shirt to a more refined outfit. The Rolex Explorer and Omega Speedmaster are definitely on my radar, but I’d love to hear your suggestions too.

What would you recommend as a less obvious, but still great, everyday option?

Over the years, I’ve gifted my wife a few watches — this Swatch is one of them. It’s part of the Neon collection from a few years back, and the inspiration came after I picked up a neo-vintage Swatch Grand Prix for myself. She complimented it, borrowed it a couple of times, and I quickly realized she needed one of her own. When I later came across this piece in an Instagram post, I knew it would be the perfect choice.

Now we both have our own “summer watches” — the ones we take with us on trips and wear while making memories together.

This is the final set of photos of the @desandershorologie Voyager GMT and its new straps. Another big thank you to @pylsogram for this opportunity.

For this series, I wanted to capture the vibe these watches gave me. I did this by playing with color combinations—given the white strap and the Miami Vice feel, I went for neon lights and drinks I could imagine enjoying in the Miami summer heat.

Another set of shots of the @desandershorologie Voyager GMT!

This one was shot together with @pylsogram in Oslo — and it turned into quite the learning experience. On location, I was so excited to have the opportunity that I forgot to think about some of the small details. Looking back, I wish I had slowed down, taken a breath, and given my compositions another careful look before going wild with every angle I could think of.

That said, I had a great time, and after sifting through all the images, these are the ones I felt were worth sharing with you all.

A while back, my good friend @pylsogram asked if I’d be up for photographing some @desandershorologie watches to showcase their new strap. Naturally, I said yes! While it took longer than expected to finish the project (life has a way of getting in the way), I finally put together a variety of shots.

This first series was shot at home and falls into the classic wrist-shot genre. Since the watch design was inspired by travel, I wanted to incorporate elements that give a subtle sense of adventure.

I’ve been enjoying my summer vacation with this — the @micromilspec Field Testing Unit. Inspired by one of their recent posts, I took a moment to capture a few shots while out exploring.

By far the most reliable watch I own. It’s never needed a service and has performed flawlessly so far — even after plenty of swimming and snorkeling sessions. Solid, dependable, and ready for anything.

It’s been a while since I’ve done any watch photography — mostly because I haven’t had anything new or exciting to shoot. But I’m hoping that’ll change soon. Looking forward to getting back into it and sharing more again!
