my therapist is having me start an abundance journal: a list of 10 positive things a day, no matter how big or small.

there has been a lot of negative in the past year but choosing to see the positive in this moment has got me feeling some type of way. by @klongbond

from the first day I met you til the last moment I got to see you, and every single second in between ❤
I've had to say goodbye to a lot of pets in 25 years but this one hits the hardest. We thought we had so much more time with you and were nowhere near being ready to say goodbye.
to abby: thank you for the snuggles, the laughs, the companionship, for being there for my sister when I couldn't be, for being the absolute sweetest part of the family.
I'm so thankful for all of the moments and all of the pictures captured so that I never truly have to say goodbye to this precious face. 😢💕 by @klongbond

this is a @jesseregz appreciation post. I have been so so so lucky to have multiple rockstars for best friends and she definitely falls under that category. thank you for not listening to me when I said no birthday presents because you managed to get me one of the best gifts I've ever received. so grateful to have you and so many other wonderful people in my life to wish me a happy birthday yesterday.
