Asteria, my FMC!
THIS IS NOT A DRILL. The wonderful @art_anieline drew one of my main characters simply to support me and let me tell you it made my whole week. 🥹🥹🫶🫶 She's gorgeous!!!! This artwork is so so perfect for Princess Asteria and I can't wait for y'all to meet her.

🍨Ugh I just love Sarah Sutton. I just found her this year and she's becoming one of my favorite romance authors!!

❄️Like best friends to lovers 🤭😍 we know this is my fav trope. But yeah this was so cute and sweet and I read it in 2 days and I love Eli and Remi's friendship.

🍨I like how we saw it before they kissed and then how it changed afterwards. The character development was great with Remi and how she worked through things with her parents and friends and Eli.

I've entered the winter/Christmas era y'all I'm ready for it.
Idk why this review is so short lol but the book is great y'all add it to your TBR

🍁This is the most beautiful, fall-coded book I've ever read, I'm obsessed with it. Genuinely, every single part was written and developed so well. I reread pages so I could fully absorb them, and I took my time with this wonderful novel because it was so cozy and I just wanted to sit in the feels of it. 🤗🥰🥹🍂🧡🤎

🥀Flora is such a relatable female lead. I love her creativity and her loud personality. Art and illustration have been her passion from a young age and I love seeing her fight for what she cares about. Her relationship with her parents and sister was so wholesome. And when her and Lenny finally become friends, it's the first real female friendship she's had. She's bright and fun, yet she wonders if she's too much. Too loud, too excited, to everything. And Fletcher shows her she's perfect. That all the things she thinks she's too much of, he loves. He wants more of her, every minute of every day. 😭🫠

🍂Fletcher is, at first glance, brooding and pessimistic, but that is SO far from the truth. He actually chooses to see the bright side because no matter what, he knows someone else in the world is feeling just as bad or worse than he is. He doesn't have a high opinion of romance, but Flora changes that. He's loyal and so thoughtful. And he's a very good looking nerd, who loves books, and well... yeah. 🤭🤭🫠😍🤎

🎃Their book club: Flora introduces him to what romance really is, and Fletcher shows her the gothic side of fiction. She's illustrating a dark children's book she doesn't know he's writing. And they fall in love over annotated novels, and cups of coffee (or whatever fletcher drinks), and funky pumpkins, and fall leaves, and late nights in NY. 😍🧡🍁 They go from an ugly-meet cute, to friends, to best friends, to everything. It's so sweet omg. The way they love each other before they even realize it's love. All the little moments, the brief touches, the lingering glances, the intention behind everything, UNMATCHED. 😍🤎🧡🤭 The yearning on both their parts was insane, actually.

🍁This is definitely going to become an annual fall read for me. The vibes are unmatched.
