1st Saturday Run & Rave, Saturday 5th from @finckenbergen (@apollonplatebar nabo). We head out at 12.00, first stop at USF for some soundbits from @h.o.t.fest (who has a festival running this weekend), then on to 2nd dance with decks from @klubb_afro in Nordnesparken. The rest of the route as normal, before we end on the dancefloor @finckenbergen for some moves on the dencefloor. Recent science somewhere says raving removes lactate acid, come find out! It’s as always free and open for all, you can choose to run 5km, 7km or 9km as we go along. Gear can be left behind at world famous @reisebyraaet_reisefeber. See you! #mikkellerrunningclub taken in Fincken by @klubb_afro
