Went to Chicago for the first time to say goodbye to a dear friend. Thankfully there were many memories formed with friends old and new, all connected through Bo Lueders.

Someone spoke last night about advocating for your friends publicly. He may not see this now, but Bo, I was and always will be in your corner and have your back in every room you are not in. You will always be remembered for your unwavering support of your friends. I take comfort in knowing that we were there for each other until the very end and that you are now relieved of your pain.

Waiting for my turn to be haunted. Make it good cause I am still skeptical.

A year ago today, PJ and I packed up the last of our stuff and moved to Alabama. Before we moved, we got a lot of “Why Alabama?”

The reason is very clear. Belongingness, community, music, career, FRIENDSHIP.

I picked out a few photos from this year but this in no way captures everyone and everything I grew to cherish. It will be hard for 2026 to top this year but I’m hopeful🤗 taken in Huntsville, Alabama by @kluurp
