Plan for the week😤

I’ve really had to get good at this “do it anyway” mindset since having kids😅 We go through phases where the mornings are just pure chaos and by the time I make it to the gym I just want to sit in my car in silence lol. Unfortunately I can confirm I always feel 10X better after doing the workout anyway.

Cheers to you and getting the dang thing done no matter what!👊🏼👏🏼 by @klynneyager

I know I’m not the only one who was a little intimidated by using a reformer for the first time, so I’d love if you could share your experience/thoughts too for others wanting to try!❤️

Quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious👏🏼

I’m on a mission to find high protein EASY comfort foods for the colder months and this got a big stamp of approval to add to the rotation!
