I’m beyond blessed to have my older brother, Kyle, in my life. From the time I was 15 to 18, he was my personal trainer. He poured his 10 years of experience into me teaching me how to lift weights, eat clean, build routines, and master habits. But more than that, he was the perfect role model. I got to watch him win, lose, and share every lesson along the way as a man, a business owner, a trainer, and as my brother.

Before he moved out of state, I even had the privilege of mentoring under him for 3 months. During that time, I worked hands-on with clients by his side, learning what it truly means to coach and lead. When he left, I took over some of his clients and that’s when I realized this was bigger than me.

The truth is, I wouldn’t be where I am without him. He was the best personal trainer locally, and when he passed the torch to me, it changed everything. Together, we’ve watched business owners, parents, and career professionals grow stronger in every area of life.

When Kyle transformed me at 16, it was my turning point. Before that, I was struggling I wasn’t good in school, I was the ultimate bench warmer in basketball, and I felt like I was losing in every area of life. That transformation lit a fire in me. It showed me that I am capable of winning, of succeeding, and of building a better future. That’s why I love helping people start their own journey because the first step is where growth begins.

Over the past two years of building @murrietapersonaltrainer , I’ve had the privilege of helping over 60 people transform their lives. Physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially it’s more than fitness, it’s a complete shift. And the best part? The community that’s formed. Business owners, parents, professionals, husbands, wives we’re all in this together, and I get to learn as much from them as they do from me.

This is just the beginning. Stay tuned because we’re only getting started.
