Tried a new interval for my 5K run this morning! 30:30 attempting to reach a sub-40 minute 5K. I’m sooo close! Just barely missed it this morning. Thanks to the running community for introducing me to the Jeff Galloway method of running! #running #run #newrunner #slowrunner #5k #jeffgalloway #brooks #shokz by @kmadd85

Ran my first ever 10K today just because! It’s my longest run yet. I definitely did not have the mileage figured out properly and ended up doing 6.73 miles. Got them in early enough it wasn’t too hot yet though. It felt really good to be able to complete the run without any issues and a pretty consistent pace. #running #run #newrunner #slowrunner #10K #slow #runlikeagirl #brooks #shokz by @kmadd85

Ever head out for a run and decide half way through that you’re just gonna keep goin’? Missed my long run yesterday and instead of the 30 min I had planned, I decided to do a 5k. What a beautiful way to start the week! #running #run #newrunner #slow #slowrunner #5k #runlikeagirl by @kmadd85
