not to be dramatic and meta af but keep your frequency high and your audacity higher; the universe is listening.

it’ll take time. build it anyway.

a lot of people ask what made me go back to school to become a licensed architect.
i tell them the long story but the short story is that i said
“the time will pass anyway. do i want to spend it doing something i hate or pursuing something i love?”

would doesn’t love a cinderella story 📈 by @kmarco.mkr

hate to break it to you but you wouldn’t know a good day if you never had a bad one 🤷🏻‍♀️

terrible threshold thursday crash out: wasn’t able to fuel properly before, still dealing with mfn road closures at 4:45am, had a mid leg day where i felt weak and low key blacked out twice (probably from lack of fuel), was dreading a hard run, was at least 20 degrees colder than expected, and windy as fck. struggled from the first step and wanted to quit the entire time. while, ultimately, i should be happy with the numbers, it felt like pushing a rock uphill and i’m always way more concerned with feel than numbers

days like today, remind yourself, you have to take the bad with the good. not every day will be your best effort. just like riding a horse, sometimes you get a great ride; sometimes it sucks but you wouldn’t know a good ride if you never had a bad one by @kmarco.mkr
