Surprised my mom with a little sleepover on a random Thursday night, and her reaction was everything! No matter how busy life gets, I never want her to forget how grateful I am for all she’s done and the role she plays in my life. ❤️ by @kmdendy

✨60 before 60✨

Tonight’s adventure: letting the waitress choose everything…
drink, appetizer, meal, AND dessert.😅

Big thanks to our server, Leah at @winsomeprime for playing along and making great selections. Everything was delicious! 😋

And on our anniversary dinner, it felt like the perfect little reminder to let go and just enjoy the moment 😊

What a treat to meet the lovely @NaraSmith at her cookbook signing. She was every bit as gracious and kind as I imagined, taking the time to be so intentional and present in every conversation. I have such an admiration for young women who carry themselves with grace, creativity, and authenticity, and Nara is certainly one of them. ✨

Her cookbook is absolutely beautiful, and I can’t wait to savor every page and start trying some of her recipes!

A special thank you to Michelle for the invitation and for bringing us all together for such a lovely evening.

The best kind of night…good friends, meaningful conversations, and a little inspiration to take home. ✨🤍

There’s something so special about the friendships we get to enjoy in this season of life. 💖

It’s about showing up, cheering each other on, celebrating the wins, finding joy in the little moments, and making room for each other’s dreams.

Friday was one of those sweet reminders that supporting a friend isn’t always about doing something big. Sometimes it’s simply being present, lending a hand, and being their biggest cheerleader.

So proud of you, Tonya, and all that you’re pouring into the women around you. What a gift to walk through this season of life together. 💕

These are the moments I prayed for.✨

Watching our family grow, seeing my children build beautiful lives of their own, and getting to be Lovey all over again. Sometimes I look around and think, I can’t believe this is my life. I’m so incredibly grateful! 🙌🏽

Halloween should be fun for every child. 🎃🩵

The Teal Pumpkin Project is such a simple way to make sure kids with food allergies can be included, too. Consider keeping a few non-food treats on hand this Halloween so every little superhero, princess and trick-or-treater can leave your door with something special. 🩵

A teal pumpkin lets families know you have allergy-friendly options available. Because every child deserves to be part of the fun. 🎃

You can do hard things! 👊🏽

Spent eight days in one of my favorite places, and as always hydrotherapy became part of my everyday routine.

Little by little, I worked my way up to 10 minutes in the cold plunge. 🥶

A year ago, I would have told you there was absolutely NO WAY. But I’m learning that sometimes the things we think we can’t do simply require us to start and then keep showing up.

There’s something pretty powerful about proving yourself wrong.

Maybe that’s what this season is about for me. Trying new things. Challenging myself. Getting a little uncomfortable. And realizing I’m capable of more than I thought.

On the road to 60, and I’m not slowing down. I’m just getting started. ✨

Another #60Before60 moment. 🌅

To see the sunrise & sunset in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on the very same day.

I started the morning at sunrise yoga, watching the day slowly come alive, and I ended it at one of the most beautiful restaurants in Mexico, watching the sun go down while celebrating my husband’s birthday. 🤍

When I started 60 Before 60, I never wanted it to simply be a list of 60 things to do. I wanted it to change the way I experience my life, to be more present, say yes to more, notice the little things, celebrate the people I love, and make ordinary moments feel meaningful.

Today feels like all of that wrapped into one day.

There’s so much life between the beginning and the ending of a day. And there’s so much life still ahead of me and I’m incredibly grateful for it all. 🙌🏽

This is 60 Before 60. ✨
