Top 3 days this summer

Shine can’t done

Personally, I think this is Tems greatest hit.

My 5 year old nephew already knows how to make gains

My brothers keeper

22 years of friendship, here’s to 22 more 🥂

But for now let me get back to this paperrrrr
I’m a couple bands down and I’m trying to get BACK!

Jehovah, guide me
I’m on the rock 🪨

My mum and her mates threw a BBQ, truly, I was astonished by this experience 😂😂

The GenZs I can trust

I don’t know what I enjoy more than unclehood right now

A lesson I learnt this summer; the cheapest vessels make the most noise.
What happens when you’re in the fire?
What material are you made of ?
Don’t be like cheap crockery, don’t be noisy.
Be silent, and still. by @kmens_

This is my heart, doing its thing.

I’ve been working through some health challenges over the past couple of months, on this path I’ve learnt that proactivity is non-existent (for some) when it comes to certain aspects of our health. We often wait for the alarm to sound before we start checking what’s going on. Genuinely like what’s more important than our health? And our God designed bodies operating at our ordained capacities?….. Exactly

So, loved ones:

1. Do regular blood checks
2. Take regular health assessments
3. If you don’t watch over your mental health, your body will start to signpost trouble. Don’t let it get to this point
4. Cardio Vascular health > Beach body health (if you have the capacity, take care of both 😂)
5. BE PROACTIVE

I’m nearly at the end & I’m fearfully & wonderfully made so we know all is well!

Hope this helps you
