ARE YOU STILL WALKING ON THE TREADMILL WRONG? 👀

If you’re cranking up the incline but holding onto the handles and leaning back… you’re taking away a lot of the work the incline is supposed to create.

When you hold on and lean backward, you can reduce the amount of your bodyweight you’re actually supporting and change your natural walking mechanics. That can make the incline feel easier than it should.

Instead:

✅ Let go of the handles
✅ Keep your posture tall and natural
✅ Keep your eyes forward
✅ Let your arms swing naturally
✅ Use a slower speed if you need to
✅ Reduce the incline if you can’t maintain good form

The goal isn’t to survive the highest incline possible. The goal is to make your body do the work.

Next time you hit the treadmill, stop hanging on and let the incline challenge you. 🔥

Train smarter. Move better. Get stronger.

You put in the work. We wanted to make sure it meant something. 🏆

We’re excited to introduce the new KMF Strong Emblem System for our personal training clients.

These emblems are a small way for us to recognize something that can’t always be measured by a number on a scale: your consistency.

The early mornings.
The hard sessions.
The days you didn’t feel like training but showed up anyway.
The progress you’ve made along the way.

🥉 BRONZE
🥈 SILVER
🥇 GOLD
💎 PLATINUM
🏆 HALL OF FAME
👑 LEGEND

Every level is earned through time and commitment.

We’re proud of every client who has already earned theirs, and we can’t wait to see who reaches the next one.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Your emblem is waiting.

KMF STRONG. 🖤
