3 weeks 5days post delivery reflection … truly everyone’s story is different. My advice to those who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, moms, future moms & any/all parents: try your best to leave the fear mongering out, if you want to educate that’s fine but DO NOT PREACH & for the love of all that is holy if you can’t be selfless/supportive enough to sit and LISTEN for a couple of minutes excuse yourself entirely 🙏🏼

Also trying to learn body patience and not fall into “bounce back culture” lies has been an uphill battle that isn’t the easiest.

Very thankful to have the support and love from family, friends, my husband and of course my first born Libby … here’s to the start of motherhood ❤️❤️
