All in my feels as my biggest boy begins his middle school chapter this week. 📚

I’m not quite sure how we got here so fast.

It feels like just yesterday you started Kindergarten, but instead of walking into a classroom, making new friends, and experiencing all those firsts the way we imagined, you started school during COVID… logging on virtually from our home and spending your days learning from a little setup in our basement.

There were no big classroom drop-offs, no crowded hallways, and no “normal” beginning to your school journey. But somehow, through all the uncertainty, you kept learning, growing, laughing, and becoming more and more the incredible person you are today.

And now… somehow… you’re heading off to middle school. 😭

I may not be ready for this next chapter, but I know you are.💕

✨Big drinks. Bigger desserts. Biggest smiles. ✨🍭

If you’re looking for a restaurant that’s just as unforgettable as the meal itself, @thesugarfactory is a must-visit!🙌🏽

We love the colorful crazy food, giant goblet drinks, and the extreme milkshakes that are extra in the absolute best way! 🍰

Every table feels like a party with dishes that belong on the cover of a magazine!📸

Kid friendly, picture-perfect and the best way to celebrate literally any occasion!🥳

The menu has something for everyone from novelty appetizers like rainbow sliders and giant soft pretzels to classic dishes like chicken and waffles and chicken parm! 🍽️

You’ll want to save room for dessert because their iconic milkshakes taste even better than they look!💕

Every dish was just as fun as it was delicious and it has become a favorite way for our family to wrap up vacation!☀️

There are MANY locations all over the globe, so find one near you and add Sugar Factory to your list!🤩

Which menu item are you ordering first? An over the top goblet or an iconic milkshake?

Do I miss baby and toddler Clara?

Of course.

The sweet snuggles. The cutest little voices. The way she fit so perfectly into my arms.

But this Clara? The one where she’s my best friend, begging to go shopping with me, dress in matching clothes and make dancing videos? This is the season that will crush me when it’s over.

So I’ll hold tight to all the moments big + small and continue to be so grateful to have been blessed with the daughter of my dreams. 💕 taken in Ocean City, New Jersey by @knead.to.create
