Knit some scarves in Ireland <3 def didn’t capture every spot but here’s a handful of places I enjoyed. Knitting at the cliffs was ridiculous it was so windy wouldn’t recommend it if I were to do it again ! by @knittayo

Week 2 of 2026 is in the books 🫡

1. Family nature walk
2. Got my personal color analysis done and now trying to incorporate some colors I don’t usually wear 🙂 I’m a Winter!
3. Hot dog samples at work 🌭

Technically first week of the year ✅ going to try weekly roundups in 2026!

I had so many ideas in my head over the past YEAR for how I’d share this news, but honestly pregnancy was - and new motherhood is - such a whirlwind I barely even finished a project let alone felt like I had the capacity to share anything. Surprise! I was pregnant for most of 2024 and my baby is now almost 5 months old.

I thought I’d have a closet of tiny sweaters ready to go and be constantly building her wardrobe of handmade pieces. In reality, the only thing I made for her during my pregnancy was a @petiteknit #weekendhue. I was either too sick, too tired, or too busy to knit. It’s been hard as shit and I know it will get harder. But I love it so much, and I am so thankful.

I’m finally finding my footing as a mom and feeling a little more like myself. I just picked up some yarn from @knitandneedlesunvalley and yayyy am feeling motivated and inspired to make something cute for bb girl this week 🎀 here’s to more sharing and more little knits!

Long overdue meetup with my maker bestie @knittiesnkitties 💕 and possibly the beginnings of a little crafting club! She taught me how to crochet (it’s still so hard for me but I’ll work on it) and I worked on a random easy project at the dentist (no cavities yay🦷) by @knittayo
