Had a great time competing in Shirahama, one of the best beach resorts in Japan. My match was against a seasoned wrestler which made me decide to pull guard once again after a long time. I couldn't get the sub and obviously there's a lot to work on, but overall I'm happy I competed. @ashmma_tunaminami 倧䌚運営お疲れ様でした、すごく楜しい時間を過ごすこずができたした by @knkwalks

After a lot of hesitation, I’m finally coming to the point to say that I’m leaving Melbourne and moving back to Tokyo. I couldn’t make this announcement earlier because part of me didn’t want it to be true. I’m writing this now as my flight is about to depart. First, thank you to everyone I trained with at Absolute MMA and beyond. A special shoutout to the St Kilda Rd house crew, the fishing squad, and of course the best friends and brothers I found in this beautiful city. Before I moved here, I was at one of the lowest points of my life. I’d made bad decisions, circumstances were against me, and I felt like I was drowning. But from the moment I arrived, this city gave me nothing but love, and I’m endlessly grateful for it. All the experiences I had here reminded me of what I value and how I want to live, and that clarity is ultimately what’s leading me home. I’m working on making the move happen, and if circumstances allow, I’ll be back to visit as often as I can (the earliest will be October or November). Things change, people move, and it won’t be the same when I come back, which is the beauty of life. I’ll see everyone before long, so this isn’t a post to say goodbye to anything, but to celebrate the end of a chapter and share my gratitude with everyone who was part of it. Thank you. Ossssss. by @knkwalks
