All I need is some sunlight, water and a quick prayer to get me started.

How I prepare myself before I clock in to my 9-5🧖🏾‍♀️

I start every morning in prayer. It doesnt have to be long or drawn out just a simple "Thank you Lord."

Then I head to my bathroom and turn on the lowest setting of lights. I noticed that when the lights are low it gives my body a chance to wake up. Also, bright lights in the morning started causing me to have headaches.🍂

Next I upgraded my toothpaste. Did you know they have luxury toothpaste!!! The one I'm using is from @boka I like it because its gentle on my sensitive teeth and doesn't have a horrible after taste. 🤎

For skin care that has been a constant battle for me since puberty but I think I have finally found a solution. Besides drinking at least a 1/2 gallon of H20 everyday 💧I started using @larocheposayusa hydrating cleanser and it has been a game changer!!!! The difference with this cleanser is that it's soap free and uses prebiotic thermal water. This keeps my skin from becoming overly dry ...which use to lead into excessive oily skin.. that caused clogged pores...which resulted in breakouts. 🍁

Last but not least I also tried the @paulaschoice exfoliate for blemishes to clear up my scars from the past and @neutrogena hydroboost sunscreen. This sunscreen works great for my skin and doesn't cause any excess oils or breakouts. 🔸️

Also, none of this is sponsored. I am just sharing some of the products that have helped me in hopes that they can help others as well.

🥰Comment below if you have used any of these products or have recommendations on good skin care product's that work.

Quick and Easy Meal Prep ideas for the 9-5 working mom!! These have been keeping me away from the vending machines at work and from spending all my coins at Native. ( I was there almost every day 😩)

BREKFAST - Acai Bowl with Granola, Nutella and chopped Strawberries. 🍫🍓🥣

SNACK - Cheese cubes and grapes. 🧀🍇

Occasionally I'll also pack some pretzels in a zip lock too. Let me know if you want to see what I prep for lunch.

I know I’ve been quiet on here for a while, but I am finally ready to share what I’ve been working on behind the scenes! 🤍

I poured my heart into writing my very first book, I’m Done Asking: The Mandate to Take Territory. It was written specifically for women and mothers navigating the overwhelming chapters of life—like the postpartum journey—to help you step back into your power and find your grounding.

Here is what you will unlock when you read it:

✨️Reclaim Your Morning: Build a peaceful, intentional start to your day.

✨️Reclaim Your Mind: Shift through the mental fog and overwhelm with strategies for true mental wellness.

✨️Reclaim Your Home: Transform your physical environment into a sanctuary of peace and structure.

Thank you so much for your patience while I was away creating this for our community. I’m Done Asking is officially available for purchase on Amazon! 📖✨

Head to the link in my bio to get your copy today. I can’t wait to hear how it helps you take back your mornings, your mind, and your home! 🕊️
