🚨The Truth Will Always Come to Light🚨

I exposed this in 2021 and 5 years later @seckennedy is saying the same thing. Coincidence? Absolutely not‼️

I have a lot to share and soon I will. We’ve been in a spiritual battle like no other time in history since 2020. It has always been my purpose to let Americans know what was done to them and I will never stop 🙌🙌🙌

🚨Help me teach nurses the Code our profession is governed by‼️

I created “Navigating Ethical Waters: A Comprehensive Approach to Nursing Ethics” in a post 2020 world - worth 10 CNE’s that teach everything we need to know to help ourselves and our patients navigate the healthcare landscape.

A 2024 study from NCSBN polled 800,000 nurses and 40% or 1.6 million said they were leaving the profession by 2029.

Knowing the Code is the answer to safe staffing ratios, burnout, turnover, better pay, workplace violence and helping Americans trust the system again.

I am the recipient of more than a dozen Daisy awards and that is because patients recognize an ethical nurse vs an institutionalized one.

🚨The trial starts today‼️🚨

But let me be clear: Hospitals will only change when NURSES demand it.

My friend refused to settle because she knows accountability matters more than a paycheck. She’s standing on the Code of Ethics—not for fame, not for money—because that’s what nursing requires.

I’ve been teaching about this because I believe nurses hold the power to change healthcare.

Click the link in my bio to understand the Code of Ethics. To know your rights. To see why my friend’s refusal to settle is changing everything.

Nurses changing the system starts with nurses understanding their power.

Nurses,

I’m building something new, and I want to hear directly from you before I do.

Over the last few years, I’ve watched nurses face the same ethical dilemmas over and over: moral injury, retaliation fears, lack of voice, systems that punish integrity.

I built Navigating Ethical Waters to address that. But the landscape keeps shifting.

So here’s my real question:
What’s the one thing you wish you had been taught—or retaught—that would change how you show up at the bedside right now?

Is it:
• How to navigate reporting workplace culture issues without destroying your career?

• Recognizing moral injury before it becomes burnout?

• Standing your ground when leadership pushes back on patient education ?

Or something else entirely?

I’m not looking for generic answers. I want to know what keeps you up at night. What made you question whether you made the right call. What you wish you’d known before you spoke up—or before you stayed silent.

Drop it in the comments. No pitch. No strings. Just honest feedback from a bedside nurse who’s been exactly where you are.

The next training I create should solve your problem, not mine.

In 2021, I blew the whistle on what I was seeing: safety signals being underreported, a safe drug being suppressed when patients requested it, and a system pushing coercion over choice. For speaking up, I faced 18 board complaints for ‘misinformation.’ I wasn’t spreading lies—I was reporting what I witnessed.

That’s when I knew: ethics wasn’t optional. It was a calling.

I started @nursesoutloud in 2022 because every nurse deserves the framework to see what’s wrong, name it, and act on it—without losing their license or their livelihood. This bundle is the course I needed then. It’s the course you need now.

If you’ve felt the pressure to stay silent, been punished for speaking truth, or wondered if your ethical obligations actually matter—this is your starting point.

Real-world ethics.
Real consequences.
Real courage.

Have you READ The Nursing Code of Ethics? by @knowthecodern

🚨Huge win. Missouri v. Biden ended in a settlement that would bar the U.S. Surgeon General, CDC, and CISA from threatening or coercing social media companies to suppress protected speech, pending court approval.

For nurses, this is personal. In November 2021, nursing organizations warned that nurses who shared what they called misleading or incorrect COVID-19 information could face Board discipline and put their license and career in jeopardy.

I went before the Board with 18 complaints tied to misinformation, disinformation, and vaccine hesitancy.

And I won.

If you need the language and the courage, I’m here to help — because courage without language gets crushed, and language without courage stays silent.

Many nurses experience moments when something doesn’t feel right — but speaking up is difficult.

Ethical practice often requires courage.

The Code of Ethics provides guidance for navigating these challenging moments.

Six years ago today, I started speaking out. What nurses were seeing in real time did not match the public narrative. And when I found myself in direct conflict with institutional pressure, I went back and read the Nursing Code of Ethics for myself. That is when I realized speaking up was not just conviction. It was duty. The bigger problem? Nursing school teaches the principles of bioethics, but not the actual Code. I still have not met one nurse who could clearly tell me what the Code says. That has to change. Nurses need the knowledge and language to stand firm in whatever situation they face. My workshop starts April 7.
