i’m having a hard time trying to find the right words to say how torn apart i am that this chapter of my life is coming to an end. anyone and everyone who knows me, has heard me talk about dance. there were many lows where i thought that i wouldn’t be able to get through but they were heavily outweighed by the highs. nothing will ever come close to the rush you feel when you’re out on that floor, everything goes silent, and the only thing you can do is throw your absolute all into those 2-3 minutes. trusting that your teammates, coaches, and fans will be there for you. the type of sadness i’m feeling right now is so beautiful, because how would i know what it feels like to miss something if it wasn’t so good. every ounce of my love was poured into this sport, and reciprocated back to me. the overwhelming amount of gratitude i have that i got to experience dance is like no other. such a heartfelt thank you to crookston just for kix for the laughter, opportunity’s, lessons, tears, and joy. i wouldn’t even be half the person i am today without dance. it teaches you grit, discipline, humbleness, and that there’s absolutely no regrets if you’re doing something you love. what a gift dance is, and how lucky am i to have been blessed with this sport for 13 years of my life. by @knutsonmady

i’ve dedicated every fall for the past 6 years of my life to soccer and i wouldn’t want it any other way. im so incredibly grateful for the coaches we had. the long bus rides and early morning practices were all worth it in the end. thank you chs soccer for all the lessons, friendships, and support you’ve given me. forever grateful that i got to experience this with my best friends. #2out by @knutsonmady
