Joshua Tree NP 🌌 Instead of going to the usual photo spots, I climbed to the top of a big rock in higher elevation, set up the camera, and completely gazed at the stars. It was high enough that I didn't have to worry about random lights ruining the shots and people that did come by were walking down below. No distractions... well, until one point in the night 😂

A group nearby started singing "When You Wish Upon A Star" and "Nothing Can Stop Us Now." How could I ignore THAT?! I shared with them that their singing was bringing me joy in the very quiet stillness of the night. We ended up talking even though we couldn't see each other (it was dark) and for one of them, Jos, it was their first time in CA from Boston!! They were lovely people.

No time lapse this year, but here is my annual star trails photo. 800 ISO, 30 min expo, super wide angle lens, no filter, no edits.

✨️ Lesson: Have Faith, even when you are in the dark. There is more Good out there, beyond what the human eyes can see.

Today was a GREAT DAY!!!!! Got to see the Dodgers World Series Championship Victory Parade!!!! 💙🧢⚾️
It took an 1:40 packed train ride and a hop on the blue line, but worth every second. Good vibes the whole time.

I'll never forget the energy when They appeared 💙 The LA Dodgers made history again and the love of the Dodgers community is soooo Good!!!!!!

AMAZING 🔥🔥 #letsgododgers💙⚾️ #letsgododgers💙⚾️ #dodgers #dodgersbaseball #dodgerswon⚾️💙 #losángeles #losangelesdodgers by @koala6ear

For the longest time, I knew I wanted a custom tattoo. Being an overthinker and after all the life things, the vision finally happened. Throughout my life, comments were made that I put my guardian angel on overtime. Whether it's my unseen spiritual guardians, or the people that have helped me through life, this is my reminder to continue living for Good.

The wings are from a dove (Holy Spirit) in a stained glass window that I took a picture of years ago in a Church that I went to growing up.

After nights of researching tattoo artists, I ran into @emi_klinger and thought "HER!!" Instinctively knew that I could trust her and she made what I wanted even better!!

Thank you, @emi_klinger ! Here's to more life chapters and bookmarks 💙 🌌 by @koala6ear

I finally get to post this! Last Saturday night, I saw the amazingly talented @kamikehoe !!! Her music heals my soul, especially the entire "Revived" album, Safehouse, Drama Queen and recently all of Kandy!!!

After the show, I was looking for merch, apparently made a few wrong turns and ended up in a backstage area? After being starstruck, since Kami and her band were there, I was going to back away and leave, but thought: once in a lifetime, doesn't hurt to ask?

Long story short, no one kicked me out (thank you for being so kind!!) and was able to ask Kami for a picture!! She is gracious as she is talented!!! Later on, she spent hours in the lot hanging out with her fans, which shows how much she cares and has fun. (I got a hat signed!!)
Huge Thank You to @KamiKehoe, @kuretheworld !!!

Can't wait to see her at Louder Than Life!!! She is so epic live!!! I'll try not to make any wrong turns to backstage anymore!! 🤣😅

Oxford is such a beautiful and peaceful city! From the University of Oxford, the Church of St Mary, Oxford Castle & Prison and just walking the city during the night, it's a photographer's dream. I've taken over a thousand pics, but wanted to share a few of my favorite shots 🤍

Did the Narrows today in Zion. COLD river water up to my chest at times, but totally worth it!! 😆

Spoke to some nice folks from Germany and when I said I'd like to go there one day, the guy stated "We have nothing like THIS," referring to the beauty of Our National Parks ♥️🤍💙
