In Ghana, period products are considered luxury items because of luxury tax included in the price. This makes it extremely expensive for a lot of people to access it and even more harder for people in deprived and underserved communities.

Unfortunately, this phenomena is also a contributing factor for people to experience “segual abuse”.

2025. Lived it. Loved it, mostly. by @kobenalutterodt

In partnership with Bryt Blogs and Lyt Event for the Feed the Street project, we supported the community through our VITALS initiative with fresh fruits, health support, and care.

Grateful to our partners and volunteers for making this impact possible.

Sharing hope, one step at a time. by @kobenalutterodt

This isn’t just St. Joana Foundation. It’s everyone who showed up, donated, or spread the word.

If you believe in what VITALS is doing; fruits, meds, meals, and care where it’s needed most; here’s how to help:

“The government cannot do this alone…” :words of gratitude from the Prison Commander during our recent VITALS outreach.

Together, we shared fresh fruits, hot meals, and medicines with those who needed it most.
This is the power of community.

Stay tuned, our next VITALS project will be announced soon! 🙏🏾 by @kobenalutterodt

Hope in a box.

During our recent VITALS outreach, Dr. Roger @kobenalutterodt explained the contents of the Vitals Med Box to the Prison Officer Commander, a simple but powerful first aid package designed to support the health needs of inmates.

Every box represents care, dignity, and a step towards better wellbeing for those often forgotten. by @kobenalutterodt
