𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞.
The part that isn’t grinding, training, racing.
The one chasing something deeper than speed.

This isn’t about escaping reality.
It’s about escaping 𝒕𝒐 it.
𝑻𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒑 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕’𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍: breath, terrain, thought, feeling, and the people who matter.

Every ride, every breath, is a choice to keep showing up.
Not just for me—𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒄𝒂𝒏’𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒆’𝒗𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒕, whose absence fuels the journey.

I don’t always know how to explain that part of myself.

100,000 miles on the bike.

200+ races and 2,700 rides later, my life has been shaped by thousands and I’m forever grateful. To everyone I’ve shared the road with, those that welcomed me into their homes, and the beers we’ve finished—cheers to you!

Tour of America’s Dairyland - 11 days of exhilarating racing across Wisconsin.

The @abccycling squad came to play. With a roster of riders with many different temperaments and convictions, I was proud to see how we worked together — recognizing each other’s strengths and using them to drive and affect the races each night.

Year six for me @tourofamericasdairyland —the third with our amazing host family @mejkoch & @gdkoch They’re beloved members of the ABC family and continue to go beyond to make ToAD the best experience. Thank you for tolerating us for another year!

Many thanks to the friends and family that came to cheer on and support the team throughout the series; you’re appreciated and I cannot thank you enough!
