For my birthday and after the 1-year commemoration of one of my closest brothers’ passing, I have decided to share a documentary short I’ve been working on these past six months. I know life these days can move a mile a minute, so thank you for three minutes of your time. My documentary, “Feng Shui,” analyzes the complex relationship between the land we walk on, domains that have been institutionalized, and us as individuals who occupy these spaces. How much of our mental well-being is within our control? How do we assess the value of a space? What is a “fair” price? Where do institutions fall short, and what can we, as peers, do to fill each other’s buckets? I know that I am: 1) a friend who cares; and 2) a filmmaker who has done the research for the purpose of awareness and continual discussion, an acknowledgement that I believe pushes the conclusion of this film more towards questions than answers. Therefore, please share with friends, and please be sure to check up on your peers. We, without a doubt, have the power to lift each other up. And please let me know what you think. Feel free to watch the film via the link in my bio as well. With love, Kofi 🤍 by @kofdaking

I’m going to hold the tears back until we’re fully wrapped 😅 TVBU has shot it’s first weekend, and we’re well on our way to making something special here. It’s been a great journey so far, and we would not have been able to make it to this point without the help of hundreds. We have raised $35,000 out of our $55,000 goal, and now more than ever is the time to donate if you have not already. A big thank you to everyone who has supported the film up until this point, and it truly is beautiful, grand creations like these that fulfill my confidence in a higher power. This film will be amazing, and this is only the beginning. DONATION LINK IN BIO! SHARE WITH A FRIEND ;) by @kofdaking
