Join us on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 for a refined Table D’hote dinner.

We begin with a velvety Wild Herb Mushroom Soup, served with a soft roll or warm garlic bread. The main course is Crispy Fried Barramundi, golden and delicate, with pomme frites, a fresh mixed salad and a silky coriander hollandaise. To finish, a classic Crème Brûlée with its perfectly caramelised crown🥂.

The past six months have taught me the art of surrender. 🤍

I’m learning that life will not always follow my plans.
Never did I imagine myself wearing a chef’s jacket, yet here I am, learning about food, hospitality & discovering parts of myself I never expected. Between kitchen times, long days, and unfamiliar routines in an entirely new world, I’ve learned that growth sometimes means becoming someone entirely new.

As I celebrate my birthday week🎁🍾🎉🎊, I’m reflecting on how much I’ve changed in the past six months, it has been gradual, yet so visible in who I am today. I’m learning to celebrate not only what I’ve achieved, but who I’m becoming: more adaptable, open-minded, & less afraid of not having all the answers. because of this, I see a bit more clearly, the direction my life is taking! (hospitality).

Here’s to new skills, unexpected opportunities, & embracing the journey, perusing things that set my soul on fire, & accepting the little challenges that come with it. 🥂🤍

We served Table d’hôte style a dining experience where guests are offered a set menu with a fixed number of courses at a fixed price. Think of it as a carefully planned culinary journey where each course is selected to complement the next. 🍽️👩🏽‍🍳

From setting the tables to serving each course, today was all about putting our training into practice and our Chef instructor said we did a job well done! 🌟😃

Originally from this little mountain kingdom, I couldn’t let 4 October pass without celebrating where I come from. 🥹❤️ Today, Lesotho turns 60 years independent! 🎉

From our mountains to our rich Basotho culture, there’s so much more to this tiny kingdom than meets the eye. Small country, BIG history! 🇱🇸⛰️

Today, my favourite thing to make was the Hollandaise sauce & the Alfedo! 🍜🥚🧈

Hollandaise 🫕is one of the classic French mother sauces. It’s an emulsion of egg yolks, Lemon juice, salt & butter, getting the heat and whisking right is such a delicate little operation.
🤣the years of me not having a good salad dressing are over!!!
You have to try it out too!
