Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla spice, confectioners sugar, fresh vanilla cupcake, and sweet bakery notes.

Palate: Rich, sweet oak opens the sip alongside dark blood orange and layers of ripe dark fruit. Notes of black cherry, plum, fig, and berry compote mingle with hints of caramelized brown sugar before transitioning into deeper, more mature oak through the mid-palate. Baking spice builds on the back palate, balanced by bittersweet dark chocolate and toasted oak.

Finish: A rich wave of sweet oak begins gently before steadily building into a long, full-bodied finish with lingering dark fruit, warm spice, and a satisfying oak-forward fade.
