Happy betlated #batmanday 2026 for this year I wanted to keep it simple so why not a couple of hot takes.

Hot take 1: both #batman 2022 and James Gunns Superman should be connected in the same universe. I dont think we need another seperate Batman film and it shows me that James Gunn is great writer/ director but is terrible at running a Studio. I love both films and think both Cornsweat and Pattinson would be great in a worlds finest team up film. Like Lethal Weapon but superheroes.

Hot Take 2: Mcfarlane deserved to lose the DC. I have always had a love/hate relationship with Mcfarlane figures since the 90s. While i appreciate him giving us characters I thought would never exist in figure form. His horrid bussiness practices like making Iconic characters in the most wanted color schemes a platinum chase is absurd. Also his hip articulation scheme was complete turbo ass. I actually didnt mind all the Batman releases. In fact I very much love it. In the end between the platinum BS and his silly gimmick figures. It ruined collecting DC figures for me. At this point I am ready to see what Mattel is cooking between Their DC core line and what the did with they MOTU chronicles Movie figures there is definitely potential.

What do you think of my hot takes? Lets discuss. by @kokane718

We took a little unexpected turn from our regular shenanigans and got a little serious for a minute during our show last night. Current events led us to this topic and I thought it would be a good idea to share. Sometimes a little personal experience can go a long way to helping someone else. Never be afraid to ask for help. Always make time for people who may be in need of help. Sometimes all it takes is someone to listen or help them take the next step. You are NOT hopeless, you are NOT helpless. Your life matters!

If you feel like you or someone you know is in immediate danger, you should call 911 (or your country’s local emergency line) or go to an emergency room to get immediate help. Explain that it is a psychiatric emergency and ask for someone who is trained for these kinds of situations.
