🍵 kokoro matcha okumidori .ᐟ 📍 origin: ujitawara, kyoto 🌸 aroma: sweet choco, warm nutty profile 🎨 colour: vibrant green ✨ texture: velvety, creamy 📝 2.5 gr matcha, whisked in 10 ml temp water, then 60 ml (75°) water — usucha notes it opens up with roasted nut flavour, almost almond-like. there's this sweetness that leans toward white chocolate, with buttery and creamy notes at the same time. no bitterness at all. the aftertaste lingers with notes of sweet corn, again with no bitterness whatsoever 🌟 📝 4 gr matcha, whisked in 8 ml temp water, then 28 ml (75°) water 40 ml jersey greenfields milk — matcha latte notes as a matcha latte, it's sooo nutty and rich enough that the flavour doesn't get diluted even when paired with milk. I'm not sure if that's because I'm using jersey milk, but it's so creamy, sweet, and downright addictive 🥹 I tried it both as usucha and matcha latte, but forgot to take pictures of the latte one 😭 ─── 🌿 @kokoro__matcha 🥣 @nay.n.pott 💐🧹 @sho_idn @yattsu_matcha by @kokoro__matcha

We can help you out with that!
