The Chef’s Table at Kokuyo is an intimate, eight-course tasting experience where technique and season shape a menu of familiar flavors, unexpected turns, and precise execution.

Come closer to the craft. Watch each dish take shape, engage with the chefs and bartenders, and experience a menu designed to unfold in the moment.

Only 16 seats available. A singular evening around the bar. And most definitely Kokuyo through and through.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Grow & Gather NJ plant swap! Plants were traded, new connections were made, and our little plant loving community got to grow a little more. 🌱
