As I sit and reflect on the past 24 hours I keep asking myself one thing. How did we get here? How is over half of America more willing to vote for a convicted felon, womanizer, rapist, failed businessman, and racist, than a woman of color.
.
It's been difficult for me to process but I keep landing on one thing. A lack of empathy and a lack of willingness to see anything outside of whatever media bubble you've been immersed in. Believing in whatever "truth" supports your personal agenda. On both sides.
.
We've been pit against each other. The right doesn't want to send anyone to internment camps, and the left doesn't want to murder babies. Stop that. Stop letting the loud few represent half the country. If we keep yelling at each other it takes our voice away from what really matters. Our friends, family, partners, and daughters.
.
Politics have become so personal, because well, they are. As a heterosexual white male my life probably won't change much. But my partners, friends, nieces, potential future daughters, friends of different colors and nationalities, certainly will.
My voice and support right now goes to them.
.
So voice your opinion, and voice it loud. But stop attacking. Stop the hate. Stop being manipulated to blindly yell, and start having conversations.
And never lose hope 💙
That's the only way we heal from all of this.

I truly cannot express the level of gratitude I have for the incredible opportunities, and people, this show has brought into my life.
The team and cast I've had the honor of working with this year has been next level. It's a pleasure that I still get to preform beside everyone every now and again.
.
Thank you for making this ride so much damn fun.

This piece means a lot to me, and I'm honestly pretty dang proud of it.
It's the first piece in a series I'm working on dealing with mental health, represented through the art of the human body.
More to come. ❤️

I took a bit of a step back from performing on this project (though I still may make the occasional appearance in a couple roles) to wear a different hat. It's been a wild ride, but it's been so fulfilling seeing the opportunities and special moments it's brought the team already, and we are just getting started!
.
This might be a long sappy one, but i'm so grateful for this opportunity, I have to take a step back and say some thanks.
.
Thank you @action_horizons_stunts for trusting me in a leadership role, and a special thank you to @xxlstunt and @peter_nello for passing on your knowledge and being out there with me.
Thank you @shahaub, @airaware1, and the whole team at @87northaction, for being some of the nicest, talented professionals out there. You guys really have built something special.
Thank you @codyhh @quadiuh Jackie and Johnny for having my back and supporting me throughout this whole process, you've been lifesavers.
And lastly, thank you to the whole cast for being so damn talented and fun to work with. I'm not going to tag every person, but you know who you are and I'm proud of every one of you.
It's been a pleasure, and this is just the beginning 👊
