A predictable thriller written 2 years ago.

You know who opens the door.
You know who turns around.
You know who runs.
Familiarity has impeccable timing

Some stories don’t survive because they’re true.
They survive because we know exactly how to perform them.
I keep thinking about the difference between movement and change.

How easy it is to mistake one for the other.

This song moves constantly.

This one is for the people who love deeply, messily, beautifully, even when they’re still learning their own edges.
There’s no secret to loving “the right way.” Love isn’t a formula, it’s a choice we make, again and again.
The Love I Give is a small piece of my own journey through vulnerability, honesty, and the quiet courage it takes to feel deeply in a world that teaches us to protect ourselves.
I wrote this song a year ago, after a conversation that cracked something open in me, a reflection on love, and what I would whisper to my younger self if I could: the way you love is already enough. The right people will meet you exactly as you are.
The right people will feel it,
breathe easier around it, and meet you in that softness.
You can’t time love. You can’t intellectualize it. You can’t outsource it. You can only let it move through you, the same way this song moved through me.
 And you don’t need the perfect moment, or perfect knowledge, to open your heart. I’ll never say this enough, you can’t outsource love. You can only grow into it.
 I hope it helps someone else breathe a little easier too.

This song I wrote 2 years ago now about a release
A release we all seem to look for, with our friends, our lover, on a dance floor or anywhere else. It’s for when you really need to come back to who you are.
We all have a busy life and if you live in a big city, escapism is where we tend to meet. That’s where a decided to form this song. Somewhere between love and escapism, I’m alright with me.
