First day of TK for my big boy! I’ve been thinking about this day for so long, wondering how he was going to do and trying to make sure he was ready to leave me and start school. Meanwhile, this whole time I should’ve been preparing MYSELF. ❤️‍🩹

He walked right in like he’s been doing this forever… so brave, so confident, and not one tear. Me, on the other hand… a whole different story. 😭😂 He did absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more proud of him.

Grateful for my boys always 🤍

Faith in God, structure at home, and enough laughter to get us through the chaos. We’re raising him right, even if the fingers say otherwise sometimes. For the small hands that remind me to slow down, for the laughter that fills my days, and for every quiet moment in between i’m thankful. The older I get, the more gratitude I hold. Five years ago on Halloween, we lost my Uncle Sepu. This day will always carry a mix of magic & ache for me. Every year, I celebrate & remember him, the laughter, the love, the stories that made him who he was.

I make sure Aydan grows up knowing exactly who he was and the meaning behind his name & who he is named after. He’ll always know the strength, kindness, and heart that he comes from & the legacy that lives through him every single day.

Aydan’s first White Sunday he participated in. Usually, he’s the one cheering on his siblings, watching them do their taulotos sitting right next to mama and dada. This time we let him take the stage with them and man we couldn’t get him to sit down. Lol We are so incredibly proud of our boy and couldn’t help but see the presence of his namesakes shining through him. I honestly braced myself all week and was prepared for him to run off or hide behind his Aunty Jay because… SAME 😂 he proved me wrong though lol

My heart is overflowing with gratitude to God for blessing me with Aydan and for the beauty of the culture we get to raise him in. This milestone may feel small to some, but to us, it’s everything. ✨🙏🏽

My girl had the best time ever turning two and @v_aiava and I couldn’t have done it alone. When you hear the term it takes village to raise a child, the ones behind our kids continue to make sure that term stays engraved in not only our minds but also our kids. Actions speak louder than words, and they continue to show up and out for us and ours without question.

@kolii @coachaiava @mommmatilo @kiona_sina we will never have enough thank yous in this lifetime to be able to let yall know how appreciative we are of your unconditional love for us and ours. 1 week. It took 1 week to fully plan, and execute this day and you guys did it without hesitation. Even with work and your own family you guys opened your doors to ours and helped us so much on making our girls day what it was. I’ll never get tired of saying thank you, we love you guys and also Kadence! Can’t forget my girl KK. The biggest help when it came to keeping the little ones busy, she’s like an older sister they never had and shout out to her for the back drop pun🤞🏽 can’t wait to plan more parties and be able to reciprocate the love and time.

To the rest of our village, anyone who had a hand it making my girls day everything it was, for taking a load off of us, and just loving on our babies, and us, thank you. This caption would be as long as a Harry Potter book if I were to sit here and thank yall individually, but I pray you know just how grateful and blessed we are to know you and to be loved by you. Such an incredible experience 🥎💜
It was an honor to play in a fundraiser softball game alongside my family, all for the baby girl of our family, Hope-Margaret. 💜

What makes it even more special is the way our family always shows up for one another especially for our little ones. The love, unity, and strength we share as a family is something so special, & I’m so fortunate to be apart of. The very people who I was raised by & raised with show up for our little ones without a blink of an eye.
