@yaad.irl is a new clubhouse in West London for the Culture and the Curious, and their first ever BHM residency is running all of October. Think warm interiors inspired by Caribbean and African homes, the smell of oud as you walk in, and a room full of people you’ll actually want to talk to.

Corporate, founders, filmmakers, hobbyists, whatever you do, if you’re over 25 there’s a space for you here. You don’t need to call yourself a creative to belong.

The Exchange: Kollab NXT GEN Edition. What a night. 🔥

The conversations in that room were some of the best we’ve had. Real questions, honest answers, and a community that wasn’t afraid to disagree with each other. A few of the questions we got into:

💭 What’s more important: talent, community or clout?

💭 What more can mentoring do than just get an emerging creative through the door?

💭 Is Gen Z obsessing over a fast entry into the creative industry without wanting to put in the hard work?

A huge shoutout to Group 1 and Group 2 for their incredible presentations. The research, the ideas and the delivery were all so strong, and we’re so proud of every one of you.
