Hard to put into words what this project holds.
It all started with a quiet voice, a fire inside whispering:
“I want to encourage as many people as possible to live life bravely—no matter how scared they feel.”

Following that voice opened doors that once felt locked, brought visions to life that once seemed far away.

After our final shoot day, @philipp___hafner and I talked about what these last two months have been—a constant stretching of comfort zones, again and again stepping into the unknown.
Looking back, feeling back, diving deep into moments that weren’t easy. Scary, even.
What happens when we go there? Fear that the now might change.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
It’s always better than the mind wants us to believe.
You can’t really go back, because we’re already here.

This journey let me complete so many things and learn even more.
8 shooting days. Tenerife & Vienna.
Countless incredible supporters who felt this vision and went all in with us.

Now… ready for post-production. So excited to see what other worlds are waiting to open.

Here’s to living life bravely.

Big thanks to:.
@julia_naber_ for your help and behind the scenes photos. .
@dianwarsosumarto for believing in the vision and supporting through the process. .
and many more. by @kollerjan

hey fellows, how do you feel about that? by @kollerjan

Hard feels familiar, hard feels safe.

But why?

I feel like everyone has to find out themselves. Daring to change that hard into „soft“ is scary, but might be the truth. by @kollerjan

Let that sink.
I do love to confront myself with uncomfortable questions, just to feel and understand if I am myself in my world. by @kollerjan

Not always at first 😂 but later on for sure. ✨🧚🏻 by @kollerjan

What is freedom?

Is it being fully free or is it about surrendering and not having to choose everything? by @kollerjan

The art of noticing, such a simple thing, yet so hard to do everyday. by @kollerjan

Your body will probably ask you to breathe before the minute is over.

That urge to breathe is largely caused by rising CO₂, not simply because you’re “running out of oxygen.
So don’t panic when the first contractions or urge to breathe show up. Your body is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

How long did you make it? 👀 by @kollerjan

the same day. surrendering and letting go of control, is not that hard if it’s the only choice you have. sometimes I wish it would be easier nevertheless.

this was straight after I found out my omi died. a moment so deeply connected to all around me and inside.

we were diving, but also feeling. letting water do it’s thing.

analog magic.

down there, there is something. maybe it’s not the water, not the ocean, not the earth. probably it’s me, it’s always us, who decide and if it’s not that we control it’s how we change our perspective.

funny how this picture shows, how our society is, bright on the outside, dark and blurry beneath the surface.

this is philosophia.

a view I love. the calm, the last breath, the insecurities, the uncertainty and despite all such a peaceful moment.

minds racing on the surface. the deeper you go down, the deeper you have to go inwards. the calmer the mind gets, the beautiful thing is, depth isn’t possible with a racing mind.

rays of sunlight, where dancing wildly that day, as if beings playing like the have never touched the water.

playing with light, with a 40 year old camera.

is it the way down or up?

a bay, protected from 40 knots wind. after a wavy stormy night. the clearness of air and water was so beautiful. but even more the feeling, being on the ocean in rough weather, feeling how little and powerless we really are, is such a humbling feeling - I love. by @kollerjan

Just a little thought I had the other day...

Sometimes things happen that are so intense that we don’t want to feel them. Or maybe we’re not even able to. We distance ourselves, pull away and do everything we can to avoid ever having to feel the same way again. We build a protective shield.

But then something interesting happens. The distance slowly gets smaller, the shield starts to come down and at some point, we might start asking ourselves: What can I take away from this? How has this experience shaped me or changed me?

It’s fascinating that we can take something meaningful from an experience without making the experience itself meaningful.
We can grow from painful experiences without having to see them as a good thing. by @kollerjan
