A new academy. Strong roots.

Opening in September 2026, @orhaacademy brings authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Ivry-la-Bataille.

Founded by @romainalves.jj after more than 11 years with @znassjitsuteam, ORHA is built around technical teaching, respect, and steady progress for every student.

Friday wrap-up.

The mats taught me that progress rarely comes from one big moment.

It comes from showing up, listening, making small adjustments and doing it again the next day.

This week looked a lot like that.

Demos with academy owners.
New clubs joining the journey.
Conversations reaching Portugal, Finland and Germany. New ideas, improvements and many small details made better.

Every coach I speak with sees the academy from a different angle, but the passion behind it is always the same.

Building Kombat Evolve has become an extension of what BJJ has taught me: stay consistent, remain humble and keep improving.

No big announcement today.

Just grateful for another week of building something for the community that gave me so much.

Behind a BJJ academy, there’s much more than classes and memberships.

When we started working with Professor @matiasdogalo , Cantagalo had one academy.

Today, they’re opening the second location their new HQ.
